There are picture cards that begin with both the short and long vowel sounds. There is also a picture card that ends with the letter X.
All of the cards are in color and black and white.
How To Play:
To play this game, one person will place a bird under (or behind) one of the birdhouse cards. Your students will take turns guessing a letter or sound and looking under (or behind) that birdhouse card. When they say the name of the letter or sound, they can mark it on their recording sheet too. The student who finds the bird wins the game.
