There are two boards for April and December with and without a holiday-theme. The boards for January, May, July, and September have seasonal headings (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) too.
You can also fill in your own boards by opening the file in Adobe Reader on your computer. It will not work on a phone or tablet. It will also not work correctly if you try to edit it in your web browser or in the preview mode on a Mac.
