There are picture cards that begin with both the short and long vowel sounds. There is also a picture card that ends with the letter X.

How To Play:
To play this game, one student will place a cat card under (or behind) one of the cauldron cards. Your students will take turns guessing a letter or sound and looking under (or behind) that cauldron card. When they say the name of the letter or sound, they can mark it on their recording sheet too. The student who finds the cat wins the game.
